How many rooms does the house have? How many beds? Diningroom,livingroom
and kitchen is one big room. Two bedrooms. the House sleeps 6. The couch
makes into a Queen Size Bed.
2. Is maid service ( on a daily basis) included? No maid service. 3. Does it have air conditioning? Yes it has three A/C units 4. Does it have 24 hour electricity? Yes it does. 5. Does sit have hot and cold running water? It sure does, but you can't stay in the shower for ever...Get in and get out. My water pressure is no better than the towns water pressure. 6. How far from is the house from the town and beach? The House in sitting on the Beach, and is 2 blocks from the middle of town . 7. What is the minimum number of nights required to rent? One night, but I am not crazy about doing that. 8. How do I get payment to you for the house and services? You will route your money from your bank to my bank.
